Place mixer bowl and whisk attachment in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before you are ready to mix your whipped cream.
Measure out your honey and vanilla extract.
Pull the mixer bowl out of the fridge and attach the whisk to the mixer.
Measure out your heavy cream.
Add all ingredients to the chilled mixer bowl.
Begin mixing on low to avoid splashing. Gradually increase the speed over the course of a minute to high. Stop every 20 seconds to scrape down the sides and bottom to ensure honey is being incorporated.
Mix on high for another 4 minutes, stopping every minute to scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
Whipped cream is done when stiff peaks form and the cream has a sturdy body to it.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Notes
Whipped cream can still be made even without freezing your bowl and whisk. Having them frozen helps to keep your cream cold while it mixes on high speed, but it is not essential to make whipped cream.
