This is such an easy strawberry jam recipe and kids absolutely love it on bread, pancakes, or to lick off of a spoon. It is completely naturally sweetened with raw honey and preserved with fresh lemon juice. This tasty, 3 ingredient strawberry jam will become a staple in your fridge after you make it once.
To a medium-size pot on the stove, Add frozen strawberries.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently as the liquid evaporates. Continue to boil until strawberries have broken down and juice begins to thicken.
Turn heat off and add honey and lemon juice. Stir until fully incorporated.
Allow jam to cool for a few minutes.
Using an emersion blender, blend until jam is smooth without any large chunks.
Allow to cool completely on the counter and then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Notes
Try to boil out as much liquid as you can for a thicker jam, but be careful not to burn the strawberries. If the juice is splattering at the end, it's time to turn off the heat.
