Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the gelatin to a small blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour fruit puree into a medium-size pot and sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface.
  • Turn on the heat to medium and whisk puree constantly until it just begins to boil. Turn off the heat.
  • Using a small spoon, fill candy molds to the top until all puree is used up.
  • Place candy molds in the fridge for at least one hour before removing the gummies. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Notes

  • The gummies can be removed from the molds and eaten after an hour in the fridge, but if you want them to be slightly firmer, leave them in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
