Equipment

Ingredients

Strawberry Yogurt Bites

  • 200 g yogurt
  • 200 g strawberries frozen
  • 30 g whole milk
  • 42 g honey raw

Blueberry Yogurt Bites

  • 200 g yogurt
  • 200 g blueberries frozen
  • 30 g whole milk
  • 21 g honey raw

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients for the strawberry frozen yogurt bites to the blender and blend until berries are pureed and all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Fill candy molds until you run out of the yogurt mixture. Place molds in the freezer for several hours or overnight to fully freeze before serving.
  • Once the yogurt bites are fully frozen, pop them out of the molds and store them in a container with a sealed lid. Store in the freezer for up to one month.
  • Repeat all the same steps with the ingredients for the blueberry yogurt bites.

Notes

  • Each batch of berry frozen yogurt bites should be enough to fill about 3 1/2 candy molds, depending the size of your molds.
  • These frozen yogurt bites will melt fairly quickly once they are taken out of the freezer, so do not let them sit out unless they will be consumed soon.
