Add all ingredients to a single-serve blender and blend until everything is smooth and fully mixed.
Pour or spoon mixture into popsicle mold and insert popsicle sticks.
Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Notes
Store-bought date paste is much more dense than homemade. If you use store-bought, use only 3/4 the recommended amount and replace the other 1/4 with hot water. Mash the date paste with the hot water until it is a spoonable consistency.
To remove popsicles from their molds, run them under very warm water upside-down for 20 seconds to loosen the sides.
